De Comedy Cellar is een comedyclub in Manhattan waar veel topcomedians uit New York optreden. Het werd opgericht in 1982 door Bill Grundfest.
Comedians die hier regelmatig optreden/optraden zijn o.a.: Louis C.K.,[1] Dave Chappelle, Dave Attell, Todd Barry, Judah Friedlander, Colin Quinn, Jim Norton, Mitch Fatel, Darrell Hammond, Michael Mittermeier [2], Rich Vos, Nick Di Paolo, Artie Lange, Greer Barnes, Marc Maron, Sarah Silverman, Amy Schumer, Robin Williams, Patton Oswalt, Kevin Hart, and Chris Rock.
