Reiner Fuellmich (1958, Bremen) is een Duits advocaat en woordvoerder van de Stiftung Corona Ausschuss, een in Duitsland gevestigde stichting die zichzelf een 'onderzoekscommissie' noemt. Ook speelde hij een belangrijke rol in het emissieschandaal en klaagde hij met succes Deutsche Bank aan, waar hij eerder werkzaam was. In 2020 begonnen Fuellmich en zijn collega's met het documenteren van wetsovertredingen, medische wanpraktijken en wetenschappelijke fraude, in verband met wat Corona Ausschuss een COVID-19-schandaal noemt.[1]
Biografie[bewerken]
Fuellmich studeerde rechten aan de Georg-August-Universität Göttingen en als uitwisselingsstudent aan de Universiteit van Californië in Los Angeles. Vervolgens werkte hij van 1985 tot 2001 bij het onderzoekscentrum voor medisch en farmaceutisch recht als onderzoeksassistent bij de leerstoel van Erwin Deutsch aan de rechtenfaculteit van de Georg-August-Universiteit Göttingen, waar hij eveneens zijn doctoraat behaalde. Gedurende deze tijd was hij ook onderdeel van de ethische commissies van de universitaire ziekenhuizen van Göttingen en Hannoverb.[bron?] Ook vervulde hij functies in corporate banking bij Deutsche Bank, eerst vanaf 1990 als trainee in Duitsland en daarna tot 1992 in Japan. In 1993 richtte hij zijn eigen advocatenkantoor op. Hij heeft een vergunning om in Californië recht te spreken en is lid van de Duits-Amerikaanse en de Duits-Japanse vereniging van advocaten.[2] In 2009 werd het advocatenkantoor van Fuellmich geschaard onder de twintig beste advocatenkantoren ter bescherming van beleggers in Duitsland,[3] met name sinds 1996 als specialist voor benadeelde partijen van zogenaamd junk-vastgoed.[4]

Samen met internationaal verbonden advocaten bood hij bedrijven de mogelijkheid zich aan te sluiten bij een class action-rechtszaak in de Verenigde Staten om eventuele schade te verhalen die veroorzaakt zou zijn door vermeend wanbeleid op basis van de PCR-test van Christian Drosten.[5]
